If so, this US Army Pacific (USARPAC) Innovation and Technology Analyst position within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) could be your ideal opportunity.

In this critical role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of USARPAC technology by:

• Technology Scouting: Actively researching and identifying advanced military, consumer, and adjacent technology trends that hold potential for USARPAC applications.
• Innovation Facilitation: Leading ideation workshops to generate creative new concepts and features for next-generation military technology using design thinking methodologies.
• Technical Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of advanced vehicle technology through research, industry engagement, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Market Analysis: Providing insights on technology feasibility, desirability, and viability to inform strategic decision-making.

To be successful, you'll possess:

• Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related Science field, or Business (preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: A strong foundation in technical concepts and a willingness to learn about advanced automotive technologies.
• Innovation Mindset: A highly creative approach with experience using structured innovation techniques.
• Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: A desire to work effectively within a diverse team environment and collaborate across disciplines.
• Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and participate in occasional conference calls outside of normal working hours.

An ideal candidate will also possess:

• Innovation Experience: Prior experience working in a skunkworks, mobility, or product planning team is a plus.
• Innovation Facilitation: Certification in innovation facilitation methodologies is desirable.
