In this critical role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of US Army Pacific (USARPAC) warfighting capabilities. As part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for:
- Experimentation Design and Execution: Collaborate in the design, planning, and execution of field experiments to evaluate innovative naval concepts and technologies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze experiment data and contribute to the development of comprehensive reports and presentations that deliver actionable insights to senior Army leadership.
- Change Advocacy: Leveraging experiment findings, you'll work with stakeholders to develop recommendations for optimizing USARPAC's warfighting capabilities.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Military Expertise: A minimum of five years of experience with military operations and a solid understanding of the operational environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a familiarity with project management principles.
- Collaborative Spirit: The ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Security Clearance: Possession of a current Secret security clearance.
- Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
An ideal candidate will also possess:
- Advanced Military Knowledge: Experience in electromagnetic maneuver warfare, electronic warfare, cryptology, information warfare, maritime domain awareness, dynamic targeting, C5ISR architectures, and intelligence processes is highly desirable.
- Project Management: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
