Are you eager to leverage your expertise in electronic warfare (EW) to support US Army Pacific (USARPAC) operations within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)? If so, this CEMA Operations Specialist position could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this critical role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring USARPAC's dominance within the electromagnetic spectrum, contributing directly to mission success across the INDOPACOM region. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Electromagnetic Spectrum Dominance: Employing your knowledge of electromagnetic warfare principles and tactics to plan, coordinate, and execute offensive and defensive electronic operations.
• Operational Optimization: Analyzing adversary capabilities and vulnerabilities to develop strategies for disrupting enemy electronic systems and safeguarding USARPAC communications.
• Technical Expertise: Operating and maintaining specialized CEMA equipment to ensure optimal performance and mission readiness.

To be successful, you'll possess:

• Solid Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• EW Proficiency: Proven experience with electronic warfare systems, tactics, and procedures.
• Security Clearance: Possession of a current Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (SCI) clearance.
• Technical Skills: Experience with electronic warfare tools, software, and radio frequency (RF) technologies.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data and develop effective electronic warfare strategies.
• Teamwork and Communication: A strong desire to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additionally, the following qualifications are a plus:

• Military Experience: Prior experience in the US Army (USA) or familiarity with US military operations is desirable.
• Leadership Qualities: Experience leading and training others in electronic warfare operations is a plus.
